How do you make a hollywood centerpiece?

im having a hollywood themed b-day party. we are gonna eat at a semi-big dining table so i only need to make one centerpiece i want it to be sorta big since the table is also big.i have so gold and black bead and beads with stars and some gold and black ribbon etc. how can i make a cool centerpiece?? not too expensive please!|||Get a clear glass vase fill it with black beads or anything not expensive them glue the ribben and stars around it ... hope i helped :D
