Does any one really know how much of their own money the Hollywood Star give to charity?

Hollywood stars are always putting their names on some telephone of doing commercials for different charities.





Then the headlines read "Joe Schmoe of Hollywood movie fame raised over 2 million for charity to help unprivileged Macaque" But do they really give any their own money since many receive pay for their work or they write the donated time off of their taxes?|||Many don't donate anything except their name. They get their money by deducting their time as a tax expense.





But the charity benefits either way.





()|||No one is required to get into a public pissing contest over how much money they donate.





Besides, it doesn't really matter. If you can get a couple million for a good cause by name-dropping a celebrity, then why not? Regardless of what the one celebrity donated, your net result is still more than it would've been otherwise.|||some of them actually do and you can read about it.





of course, I feel they could give more. for the amount of work done, the pay is ridiculously high.|||Christ commands us to be secret with our charity, only the Lord needs to know, and by keeping it secret, then its not done for recognition by others.|||Only what they voluntarily report.|||More than you ever will.
