Are hollywood palladium wristbands for everyone or for people that have GA floor tickets?

i bought tickets for paramore at the hollywood palladium and they are GA floor/ first come first served. I've read that they give wristbands to the first 1,000 people there or something like that, so i was wondering if those wrist bands are for everyone or just the people who bought the GA tickets? how does this work?|||First come first service base. They hold no value but sentimental value.
