What's the most practical way for me to get from Anaheim to Hollywood?

I'm going into California for three days to attend two different concerts, one in Anaheim and one in Hollywood. Getting to California and getting back home isn't a problem, I already have a ride both ways, but it's going between Anaheim and Hollywood that's presenting a problem. Is there a bus line that I can take, or maybe a chartered shuttle?|||There is MTA bus #460 connect Anaheim( Disneyland) to Downtown LA 7th/Metro center, runs every 20 min, and riding duration 1 1/2 hr. Fare $1.25





From 7th/Metro, you can take Redline rail( runs every 15min, and duration 20 min) to Hollywood/Highland(Kodak theater) Fare $1.25|||"Tom C" is basically correct, however the time your concerts end could become a problem.
